From the given figure,

We have two points for the given line as,

(1,0)\text{ and (0, -3)}

So, the equation for the line is given as,

\begin{gathered} (y-y_1)=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)(x-x_1) \\ y-0=(-3-0)/(0-1)(x-1) \\ y=(-3)/(-1)(x-1) \\ y=3(x-1) \\ y=3x-3 \end{gathered}

Hence, the equation of the given line is y=3x-3
