For an ideal gas behaviour, we know that

PV = nRT

∴ n = PV/RT

• Given T = 25 °C = 273 +25 = 298K

R = 0.0821 atm/mole-k

P = 1 atm

V = 350ml = 350 /1000= 0.35 L

• n = PV /RT

= (1* 0.35) / (0.0821 * 298)

n= 0.0143 moles

• This means that 0.0143 moles of an ideal gas are present in this sample. ,
