In order to find the order of the numbers from least to greatest, the first thing to watch out for are the positive and negative signs. This means the numbers with negative signs are smaller in value than those with positive signs, so we usually start from any of the numbers that has a negative sign. Also a bigger number with a negative sign is SMALLER than a smaller number with a negative sign. For example, -100 is less than -90 (which is the opposite of positive numbers). Hence, -2.1 is lesser than -0.5, whereas positive 2.1 is greater than positive 0.5.

Having identified the signs in front of each number, comparing the numbers with negative signs would help in arranging them from the least to the greatest, before you now move on to the numbers with positive signs.

I cant get a clear picture of the numbers in this question, but the steps explained here would surely help in arranging them.
