we have the expression

\sqrt[\square]{169a^2b^2}

Remember that

169=13^2

substitute

\sqrt[\square]{169a^2b^2}=\sqrt[\square]{13^2a^2b^2}

simplify

\sqrt[\square]{13^2a^2b^2}=13ab

answer is 13ab

Part 2

If the expression is

\sqrt[\square]{16\cdot9\cdot a^2\cdot b^2}

16=4^2

9=3^2

substitute and simplify

the answer will be

(4)(3)(a)(b)=12ab

answer is 12ab
