Answer:

A and B are both correct, but answer A has one more opposite angle and is the best choice

Explanation:

a pair of non-adjacent angles formed by the intersection of TWO lines.

It is clearly not D 7&10 are adjacent

It is not C 1&5 are formed by THREE lines

The only difference between answer A and B is the extra angle 7&8 in answer A. IF angles 5&10 and 6&9 are good angles then it looks like to me that angle 7&8 is a good angle
