Given the following question:

The first one is correct.

Reflecting (9, 0) on the y axis would make the x value a negative, keeping the y value the same.

I would say part b stays the same since the formula is (x, y) to (x -y) but since 0 can't be a negative it would stay the same, if you plot the points you would see that the answer (0, 9) doesn't make much sense in fact it wouldn't even be a reflection. So the answer has to be (0, 9).
