so we need to solve:

4\sqrt[]{16}+\sqrt[]{25}
\begin{gathered} \sqrt[]{16}=4 \\ \sqrt[]{25}=5 \\ 4\sqrt[]{16}=4\cdot4=16 \end{gathered}

so:

\begin{gathered} 4\sqrt[]{16}+\sqrt[]{25} \\ 16+5=21 \end{gathered}

so the answer is: 21

and 21 is a rational number, can be written as the ratio of two integers and its decimal expansion does terminate
