We have a paralelogram.

Opposites angles have the same value, so knowing this two angles gives us the information about all the angles.

The sum of the four angles is 360 degrees.

Then we have:

(5x+45)+4x+(5x+45)+4x=360

(Each term is one of the four angles).

\begin{gathered} (5x+45)+4x+(5x+45)+4x=360 \\ 18x+90=360 \\ 18x=360-90 \\ 18x=270 \\ x=(270)/(18) \\ x=15 \end{gathered}

The value of x is 15.
