We have a point C that is dilated with a scale factor of 1/5 centered in the origin.

A dilation centered in the origin with scale factor of 1/5 is:

(x,y)\longrightarrow((1)/(5)x,(1)/(5)y)

For C=(10,15), we have:

C=(10,15)\longrightarrow C^(\prime)=((1)/(5)\cdot10,(1)/(5)\cdot15)=(2,3)

Answer: C' = (2, 3)
