the given equation is

f(x)=6(x+5)^2-10

compare the above equation with the standard parabola equation,

y=a(x-h)^2+k

here, h and k represent a vertex of the equation

compare both the expression.

h = - 5

and

k = - 10

So, the vertex of the equation is (h, k) = (-5 , -10).
