Given the center of the circle = ( 0 , 9 ) and the radius = r = 7

The general equation of the circle is :

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2

Where: (h,k) are the coordinates of the circle and r is the radius

so, (h,k) = ( 0,9) and r = 7

substitute with the values of h, k, and r

so, the equation of the circle will be :

\begin{gathered} (x-0)^2+(y-9)^2=7^2 \\ \\ x^2+(y-9)^2=49 \end{gathered}
