\begin{gathered} x+\angle1=90 \\ 21+\angle1=90 \\ \angle1=90-21=69 \end{gathered}

Therefore, angle 1 measures 69 degrees.

Then, angle 2 measure 90 degrees because it forms a pair of vertical angles with the opposite perpendicular shown

Therefore, angle 2 measures 90 degrees.

At last, angles 1 and 3 are vertical angles, hence, they are equal.

Therefore, angle 3 measures 69 degrees.
