Line perimeter = 16 + 17 + 10 + 9 + 6 = 58 inches

Curve perimeter = π• Diameter/2 = π•8/2= 4π = 12.56 inches

Then all perimeter is= 58 + 12.56 = 70

Answer is 70 inches

Now find Area

Area is formed by 2 rectangles, and 1 semicircle

Then

Rectangles area=( 17 x 10 ) + 6•(17-9) = 170 + 48 = 218 inches2

Semicircle area= ( π•D^2)/8 = π• 64/8= 8π = 25.12 inches2

Then result is , Area of figure is= 218 + 25.12 = 243.12 inches2
