Using the slope-point form of the line equation

y-b=m(x-a)

we can replace the values m=5 and (4,2) to obtain

\begin{gathered} y-2=5(x-4) \\ y-2=5x-20 \\ y=5x-18 \end{gathered}

Then, the equation is y=5x-18
