If the point (x, y) rotated by the rule (90 degrees, O), then its image is

(-y, x)

We change the sign of y-coordinate, then switch the coordinates

Since F is (0, 6), then its image is F' (-6, 0)

Since G is (-5, 3), then its image G' is (-3, -5)

Since H is (5, -3), then its image H' is (3, 5)

Since J is (7, 5), then its image J' is (-5, 7)

Let us look at the answers to find the correct one

It is the 3rd answer
