There are given that measure angle 1 is 160 degrees.

Now,

According to the properties, opposite angles are congruent.

Then,

We can say that the measure of angle 3 will also be 160 degrees.

And,

According to the properties:

The angles 2 and 3 will be equal to 180 degrees.

So,


\angle2+\angle3=180^(\circ)

Then,


\begin{gathered} \angle2+\angle3=180^(\circ) \\ \angle2+160^(\circ)=180^(\circ) \\ \angle2=180^(\circ)-160^(\circ) \\ \angle2=20^(\circ) \end{gathered}

Hence, the measure angles 2 and 3 are shown below:
