You can make your birthday into a polynomial by writting the digits of your birth day as the coefficients of the polynomial. In your case, the coefficients would be: 11012005. 5 is going to be the last expression of the polynomial and so the independent term

\begin{gathered} f(x)=1x^7+1x^6+0x^5+1x^4+2x^3+0x^2+0x+5 \\ f(x)=x^7+x^6+x^4+2x^3+5 \end{gathered}

Your birthday turned into a polynomial is the last equation written
