Assume x is the nummber of years, the expression for the south american and caribean tourist rate is,

y=0.8x+40.3

The expression for the Middle Eastt tourism rate is,

y=1.8x+17

Thus, the first expressionn is y=0.8x+40.3, and second expression is y=1.8x+17.
