You are choosing two cards, replacing the first card in the deck after it has been drawn. What is the probability you choose a 7 than a 3?

(4)/(52)\cdot(4)/(52)=(16)/(2704)=(1)/(169)

Explanation: there are four 7s in the 52-card deck (4/52). Then that card is returned and another is taken. again, the probability of getting a 3 is 4/52 as well. Then, they must be multiplied and the result is obtained
