A sample of oxygen gas has a volume of 14.0L with a pressure of 0.945 atm. If the volume of the gas is decreased to 10.0L, what is the pressure?

Assuming the temperature remains same, we can use Boyle's law

i.e. P1V1 = P2V2

Now, P1 = 0.945 atm, V1 = 14l

V2 = 10 L

Substituting the values, we get

0.945 * 14 = P2 * 10

So, P2 = 1.323 atm

So, answer is 1.323 atm
