We can see that the two triangles are similar because they have the same angles, so from this we have:

TX/WX=TV/UV

175/119.6=(105+175)/UV

175/119.6=280/UV

UV*175/119.6=280

UV*175=280*119.6

UV=(280*119.6)/175

UV=191.36 m

Finally we obtain that the measure of UV is 191.36 meters.
