Step 1

State an expression for the volume of a cylinder


V=\pi r^2h

Where

π= 3.14

Diameter = 14m

Radius(r) = diameter/2 = 14/2 = 7m

Height (h)= 10m

Step 2

Substitute and find the volume


\begin{gathered} V=3.14*7^2*10 \\ V\text{ = }1538.6m^3 \end{gathered}

Hence, the volume of the cylinder = 1538.6m³ to the nearest tenth
