15) 2(n − 3) < -13 + 2n

2n - 6 < -13 + 2n

Note: 2n are on both sides

and -6 < -13 is not a valid condition

So, there is no real-numbers value of x are solutions of the inequality

So, the answer is FALSE

16) -3(w + 3) < 9 - 3w

-3w - 9 < 9 -3w

So, -9 < 9 (this is a valid condition )

So, all real-number values of x are solutions of the inequality,

The answer is TRUE
