Original value = $3,528

• Value increase by 8%

3,528 x ( 1 + 8/100 ) = $3,810.24

• Decrease by 14%

3,810.24 x ( 1 - 14/100) = $3,276.8064

• Increase by 10%

3,276.8064 x ( 1 + 10/100) = $3,604.49

New value : $3,604.49
