First, we need to find the fraction of the buses

Fraction of buses = 1 - (3/4 + 1/5)

(3)/(4)+(1)/(5)=(15+4)/(20)=\text{ }(19)/(20)

Fraction of buses =

1-(19)/(20)
=(20-19)/(20)
=(1)/(20)

Let the number of vehicle be x

(1)/(20)\text{ of x = 4}
(1)/(20)* x=4
\frac{x}{20\text{ }}=\text{ 4}

Multiply both-side of the equation by 20

x=20

The number of vehicles are 20
