we have

a_n=4\cdot3^(n-1)

in this case n=5

then we substitute the values on the iterative rule

\begin{gathered} a_5=4\cdot3^(5-1) \\ a_5=4\cdot3^4 \\ a_5=4\cdot81 \\ a_5=324 \end{gathered}

the answer is a5=324
