I need to put this equation T<10,3>(abc)on graphing paper but i don't know how

The point represented at the graph is:

When we represent a point in the graph we need to use two coordinates. The first one is the value of the "x" axis, while the second one is the value of the "y" axis. We should go to the position of the axis that represents this coordinate, in this case for the x-axis we have a value of 10, so we should go to that position and mark a point. We then go to the position on the y-axis, which in this case is "3", we also mark it. From this positions we should draw a dotted line that is perpendicular to each axis until they intercept each other. The point of interception is the point we need to graph.
