yhe given expression is,

(x-3)(3x^2+5x-7)

 = 3x^3 + 5x^2 -7x - 9x^2 - 15x + 21

= 3x^3 - 4x^2 - 22x + 21

thus, the answer is,

3x^3 - 4x^2 - 22x + 21
