For this case we can calculate the constant of proportionality with this formula:


m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_!)

And for this case we can use x1=6, y1=21, x2= 13, y2= 45.5

And if we replace we got:


m=(45.5-21)/(13-6)=3.5

And the answer for this case would be k=3.5
