the amount of blueberries is the subtraction of the total weight and the weight of each ingredient

then

8(3)/(4)-3(1)/(4)-1(3)/(4)-2(1)/(2)

first we transform the mixed numbers to be earlier the work

\begin{gathered} 8(3)/(4)\longrightarrow((8*4)+3)/(4)=(35)/(4) \\ \\ 3(1)/(4)\longrightarrow((4*3)+1)/(4)=(13)/(4) \\ \\ 1(3)/(4)\longrightarrow((4*1)+3)/(4)=(7)/(4) \\ \\ 2(1)/(2)\longrightarrow((2*2)+1)/(2)=(5)/(2)=(10)/(4) \end{gathered}

I transformed 8/2 to 10/4 to make easlier the operations(I just multiply by 2 on numerator and denominator and the fraction is equivalent)

now make the subtract

\begin{gathered} (35)/(4)-(13)/(4)-(7)/(4)-(10)/(4) \\ \\ (35-13-7-10)/(4) \\ \\ =(5)/(4)=1(1)/(4) \end{gathered}

the amount of blueberries is 1 1/4 then right options is A 1pound because is the best estimate
