Two or more points are called COLLINEAR, if they lie on a line.

Any group of points that lie on the same plane are called COPLANAR.

In the figure given, points R, T, B and C are in the same plane. Point C is not on the same line as R, T and B. This makes the points COPLANAR, and not COLLINEAR.

The appropriate answer is B.
