The general slope-intercept form is : y = m * x + b

Where m is the slope and b is y-intercept

Given the slope = m = 16

y-intercept is the point at which x = 0

So, the point of y- intercept is ( 0 , 15 )

So, b = 15

so, the equation of the line will be :

y=16x+15
