You have the point (3,-2), which has became (-2,-3)

You can notice that the first coordinate chage from 3 to -2, the second coordinate from -2 to -3. The coordinate has the same distance to the origin, then the transformation is a rotation.

Due to the point was in the Quadrant IV and then passed to Quadrant III, you can conclude that the transformation was 90° clockwise.

Then, the answer is:

- Rotation 90 degrees clockwise
