We will have the following:

First, the angle in radians:

330\ast(\pi)/(180)=(11\pi)/(6)

And the arc length:

\begin{gathered} s=((27)/(2))((11\pi)/(6))\Rightarrow s=(99\pi)/(4) \\ \\ \Rightarrow s\approx77.8 \end{gathered}

So, the arc length is approximately 77.8 cm.
