Given the equation :

y=5x+9

We need to find the value of y when x = -1,0,1,2,3

So,

When x = -1 , y = 5 * (-1) + 9 = -5 + 9 = 4

When x = 0 , y = 5 * 0 + 9 = 0 + 9 = 9

When x = 1 , y = 5 * 1 + 9 = 5 + 9 = 14

When x = 2 , y = 5 * 2 + 9 = 10 + 9 = 19

When x = 3 , y = 5 * 3 + 9 = 15 + 9 = 24

The graph of the function will be as the following image:
