Given:

\begin{gathered} \text{Diameter}=2.5 \\ Rolls=1000 \end{gathered}

Circumference of circle:

=2\pi r

One revolutions is equal to circumference.

Let "n" number of revolution

so

n*2\pi r=1000

Radius of circle is:

\begin{gathered} r=(d)/(2) \\ d=2.5 \\ so\colon \\ r=(2.5)/(2) \end{gathered}

\begin{gathered} 2\pi rn=1000 \\ 2\pi(2.5)/(2)* n=1000 \\ 2.5\pi n=1000 \\ n=(1000)/(2.5\pi) \\ n=(1000)/(7.854) \\ n=127.32 \\ n=127 \end{gathered}

So total 127 revolution to the drum.
