So uh, I took a test and I got this question wrong. I cant tell what the right answer is, and I want to learn how to do it, but I dont know. I was hoping that maybe you could help, thanks!

Use the Triangle Sum Theorem (all three angles inside a triangle add up to 180 degrees)

A is 27, C is 90 degrees (right angle) , B is unknown.

Now add. 117+B=180

B is 63 degrees.

D is 31 degrees, E is 90 degrees. F is unknown.

Add.

31+90+F=180

121+F=180

F is 59.
