we have the equation

f(x)=(1)/(\mleft|x\mright|)

Verify if the function is odd

we have that

A function f is odd if the graph of f is symmetric with respect to the origin. Algebraically, f is odd if and only if f(-x) = -f(x) for all x in the domain of f

verify

f(-x)=(1)/(|-x|)=(1)/(\mleft|x\mright|)

that means

f(-x)=f(x)

therefore

Ron's work is correct
