$\begin{gathered} D=10log((I)/(Io)) \\ \\ D=10log(\frac{10^(0.5)}{10^{\text{ -12}\frac{}{}}}) \\ \\ D=10log(10^(11.5)) \\ D=10(11.5)=115 \end{gathered}$

The answer would be 115
