Relative minimum

A relative minimum point is a point where the function changes direction from decreasing to increasing (making that point a "bottom" in the graph).

Therefore, on the graph, we have two relative minima which are,

(-2,0)\text{ and (2,0)}

We can see that f has two x-values which are x = -2, 2 and we also have the same y-value which is 0.

Hence, the correct answer is Option 4.
