we have

f(x)=-3+7(x+2)

Remember that

the equation in point-slope form is of the form

y-y1=m(x-x1)

in this problem

f(x)=-3+7(x+2) ------> f(x)+3=7(x+2)

so

point (x1,y1)=(-3,-2)

slope m=7

Part b

g(t)=-(t-5)

the point (x1,y1)=(5,0)

slope m=-1
