SOLUTION

Surface area of a Cone S.A is given as

\begin{gathered} S.A\text{ = }\pi rl\text{ + }\pi r^2 \\ \text{Where l is the slant height = 11cm} \\ r\text{ = radius = 4 cm } \\ S.A\text{ = 3.14}*4*11\text{ + 3.14}*4^2 \\ S\mathrm{}A\text{ = 138.16 + 3.14 }*16 \\ S\mathrm{}A\text{ = 138.16 + 50.24} \\ S\mathrm{}A=188.4cm^2 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the surface area = 188 squared-centimeters to the nearest centimeters.
