The commutative property of the addition is:

a+b=b+a;a,b\in\mathfrak{\Re }

Where a and b are any numbers.

Therefore, in case of our problem

\begin{gathered} (1)/(4)+(2)/(5)=a+b=b+a=(2)/(5)+(1)/(4) \\ \Rightarrow(1)/(4)+(2)/(5)=(2)/(5)+(1)/(4) \end{gathered}

Then, the solution is

(2)/(5)+(1)/(4)=(13)/(20)

The solution is the first option
