18.

Black dresses:

20%.

To write it as a decimal divide the percentage by 100

20/100 = 0.2

To write the decimal as a fraction, first add 1 as a denominator:

0.2 = 0.2/1

Now, multiply the numerator and denominator by 10 for each digit after the decimal point:

(0.2 x 10 ) /1 x 10 = 2 /10

Simplyfy by 2

1/5

SO:

Black dresses:

percentage: 20%

Decimal : 0.2

Fraction : 1/5

Same process for the rest of the clothes:

Navy:

Fraction: 1/4

Decimal : ( divide 1 by 4) = 0.25

Percentage (multiply the decimal by 100) = 25

Brown:

Decimal: 0.35

Percentage: 35 %

Fraction : 0.35/1 = 35/100=7/20

Other:

add all the decimal and subtract to 1:

0.2+0.25+0.35 = 0.8

1-0.8 = 0.2

decimal:0.2

percentage: 20%

fraction: 0.2/1 = 2/10 = 1/5
