After vaccination, the B lymphocytes will be able to detect the antigen that is present in the vaccine and react to such invasion. It will multiply to be able to respond to such an invasion. The plasma cells will produce antibodies to inactivate the pathogen you are fighting at through vaccination. The memory cells will be produces and remains in your system.
