Can someone explain to me how to solve this -3d< -18

To solve


-3d<-18

First we have to multiply both sides by -1. This operation flips the inequation sign (not if you multiply by a positive number.


3d>18

And now we divide both sides by 3. Since it's positive, the inequation sign doesn't change.


(3)/(3)d>(18)/(3)

And solve the fractions:
