(3x-7)/(5)>(-7x-4)/(3)

start by bringing the denominators of both fractions to the other side

3(3x-7)>5(-7x-4)

Distribute the factors

9x-21>-35x-20

move al constants to one side and the variables to the other

9x+35x>-20+21

simplify both sides

44x>1

divide by 44 on both sides

x>(1)/(44)
