we know that

the surface area of the prism, is equal to the area of the triangular faces plus the area of its three rectangular faces

so

SA=2{(6)(4)/2}+(6)(3)+2(5)(3)

SA=24+18+30

SA=72 cm^2

therefore

the surface area is

72 square centimeters
