Probability of 7 is

P=1/12

Probability of 4 is

P=1/12

so

Probability of 7 or 4 is equal to

P=(1/12)+(1/12)

P=2/12 -----> P=1/6 -----> P=0.17

Part 2

Probability of a even number

Remember that the even numbers in the spinner are -----> 2,4,6,8,10 and 12

so

P=6/12 ------> P=0.50

so
