To solve for the missing value:

\begin{gathered} -8x+19<-13 \\ 38-m\le4(2-m) \end{gathered}

(a) These inequality is solved by first collecting like terms

\begin{gathered} -8x+19<-13 \\ \text{collect like terms} \\ -8x<-13-19 \\ -8x<-32 \\ divide\text{ both side by -8} \\ (-8x)/(-8)<(-32)/(-8) \\ x>4 \end{gathered}

(b) These inequality will solved by opening the bracket

\begin{gathered} 38-m\le4(2-m) \\ 38-m\le8-4m \\ 38-8\le-4m+m \\ 30\le-3m \\ \text{divide both side by -3} \\ (30)/(-3)\le(-3m)/(-3) \\ m\ge-10 \end{gathered}

Therefore the correct answer for x > 4 and m ≥ -10
